Mission and vision

Here at The Southern Land Company our family partners are descended from a long line of real estate agents in both England and Ireland; with property dealing and management beginning in Argentina in 1924.

Since 1924 many aspects of property sales and management have of course changed, mostly for the better. The English and Irish family management through the O`Farrell & McArdle families is still present to assist our clients who respect our ethics & our effort on their behalf.

We are well placed to help those who would like to benefit from the wonderful lands that we have access to, some of which are coming onto the market for the first time in many years.

Our Partners have unique contacts that can assist sellers & buyers-often with seigniorial Estancias that have not changed hands in a Century or more. Because of our family history we are close to many land-owners who prefer to come to us, & do so with confidence
